Thanks for the info, Ford!

I'd love to get in line for a "Demo" - primarily for the FD-165 but possibly
for the ED-190 as-well.

I have a client (a church) who is moving from an existing facility into a
"to-be-renovated" space.  The former is 100% conventional and the latter has
zero "performance" infrastructure and little to no space for dimming.  We
are working through the usual variables:  moving the existing lighting,
dimming, and control (much of it 40+ years old) to the new venue but with
significant electrical and HVAC cost vs. the obviously higher LED fixture
cost but much lower cost elsewhere.  The "cold" numbers make the latter a
no-brainer but that's not necessarily an easy sell to those who don't
understanding why the already-owned gear would be side-lined.

Greg is just about exactly right.

The fixtures are the same in every regard to the Ovation E-190, and Ovation
F165, except that they are able to run on both DMX, or Direct Dimming.  Same
LEDs, Same Brightness, Same lack of noise.

As to Pricing... they are just about exactly $200 more than their DMX-only
brethren.

I'll share 2 prices, the MSRP, and the lowest price that we allow people to
advertise (MAP).  If you have a good relationship with your Dealer, you may
get them for lower than the MAP, but they can't advertise that price to the
public.

FD-165: MAP- $1239.99, MSRP- $1649.99
ED-190, with lens (19,26,36, or 50deg) MAP-$1639.99, MSRP- $2199.99
ED190 (no lens, but with Shutter assembly- Accepts your S-4 Lens tubes)
MAP-$1499.99, MSRP-$1999.99

A few Samples should be ready for Demo in the next couple of weeks, and the
first full production run will be in-stock in January.

I took a look at them on the show floor.  The dimming curve looked good.
They stated the ability to run off a dimmer adds $200 to the fixture.  The
show floor was loud but I didn't notice much fan noise standing next to it
but not a great indicator.  I think it had three fan speeds.  Definitely a
nice looking fixture.  I didn't look at the fresnel closely but it should be
great in your application.
