D*mn, I just threw away the cutsheet I had on it since I don't have a 
need for it.  But I do remember it doesn't show voltage potential, just 
correct wiring.

I remember thinking it was nifty because the readout tells you what's 
not wired correctly, instead of having to look up the color code like on 
the standard edison testers.

Pouring over the Hubbell site, I can find a part number of HBL3PT2511 
for it.  They name the product "Twist-Lock 3-Phase Circuit Tester" which 
is absolutely useless when plugged into Google.
