Agree with Bill, pulling the Switch should be for true Emergencies.
Under a "Break Glass" cover is simple and uses existing equipment only
with name and color changes.

Shouldn't we also be discussing adequate aisle lighting as a part of this 
discussion, especially in this day and age of LED strips and glowing sidewalks
and roads.

What would be fabulous would be a internal digital camera which would
take a picture of the moment of activation, who and what.
Course a 30 second video clip would be even more informative.
