[SML] 60 Amp to 20 Amp Stagepin

I am in search of a 60A stagepin to  (3) 20A stagepin breakout box.  The
only ones I have found online so far go from 60A stagepin to (3) 20A NEMA
connectors.  I have found a 60A to 20A threefer in my stock but like to put
a breaker on each of those circuits.  Any suggestions of vendors?
