Andrew,
Where you are you should have many ship chandlers who can make up such
cable given the number of sailing vessels and fishing boats there. A
place to start. Here on the east coast, a company like Hanes Supply
does this all the time. They are sling and rigging specialists among
other contractor needs. That would also be a place to look.
