[SML] OT: Building a metal table base for me. Eastern PA

Hello All,
For those who have a metal working shop and some time to make a few bucks:
I am looking to have a table base built that resembles chairs we already
own. I have photos posted, along with a sketch and a description of what
I'm looking for:
