[SML] Heaters

Our 3D printer has been in for repair since it wouldn't print one type
of plastic that it's supposed to.

They said it's now working, kindly pay the bill (more like a Bill, but
at least it wasn't a William) and they'll send it back. 

The problem:  the nozzle heater wasn't putting out enough watts.  ???  I
haven't known of a heater to lose wattage other than burning out. 
Anyone run into electric heating elements that get cooler over time?
