	Whilst those fees MIGHT be justified (Based on this discussion), I disagree with your comment above. Yes, it’s a capitalist society, and yes they are a privately held company so they can charge what they want … but “None of our business”?? Since we taxpayers are paying the bill, as taxpayers (the customer) it is certainly our business!
