New cart up and mostly running, the update broke bitpay and I have
PayPal in the sandbox mode so no real transactions can happen.

In theory, this should work with ANY size/orientation screen.  Looks
fine on my 'droid and follows along when I resize the browser on my desktop.

Still have to go fill in all the terms, about us, etc. boxes again and
also need to get new plugins to kill the Affiliates, gift certificates,
etc. and also to allow auto discounts for cash/check.  All those plugins
haven't been updated to the new version yet.

Then comes the task of moving all the real products over here, first
will be our newest (just assembled first articles today, heavy testing
tomorrow).
