Just a note to anyone associated with the web site.  I tried to look up
some program info on the site but couldn't use the site, so I went to
the comment form.  Filled in the info and when I tried to submit it I
received "This server could not verify that you are authorized to access
the document requested."

So, fail on top of fail.
