[SML] Custom Cable Loom, Seeking Heat-Shrink or Molded Rubber Tees for Mid-Span Breakouts

I want to build a custom cable loom to drop power and data to our LED
fixtures, and I'd like to find some type of Tee fitting, either heat shrink
or molded rubber, to facilitate the mid-span breakouts, something like
this:

I am NOT willing, however; to pay $50 EACH for them!

Anyone got a source for more reasonably-priced tee-boots?
