[SML] video monitor

Looking for a monitor to replace an old one.  Old NTSC composite input
is fine, HDMI is usable if I plug in an adapter or two.  Main thing,
MAXIMUM width of 30.5".

Also, minimum budget, of course.

I'm guessing something like a Visio M322i-B1 is what I'm looking for.  I
got that number from a quick search of monitors, better suggestions welcome.

Did I mention low cost?
