#12 got stuck in our outbound spam filtering due to the spam link in the printer thread. I'm guessing #11 is similar, but I'll track it down.

There is some risk that letting it through will cause some bounces, and even delays delivering to the freemail providers (AOL in particular spent a portion of today deferring our email delivery...).
