[SML] payment methods

I've installed OpenCart in sandbox mode and it looks like it will work
well with PayPal, check, cash and maybe other options. The best part is
my server NEVER sees the payment data so there's nothing to protect from
hacking.

This will make it MUCH easier for me to add/change things and put in
more info.  I can also use the same software for other domains on our
system.

I'll be setting this up as I have time and then, one day, it will go
live.  I'm crawling slowly into the modern age of the 2000s.  :)
