That's already pretty easy.  On the Interwebs you can get little boxes
that unlock most cars with remote door locks.  Also you can find hacks
that let you take over various controls of cars around you that have
WiFi networks in them.  Some people think it's humorous to cause the car
next to them to suddenly break or accelerate without the driver knowing
what's going on.  Less dangerous is just playing with their sound system.
