	I spent a few years on a “day job” scanning many hundreds of boxes of documents for schools from all over the state then having them shredded. I was using a Fujitsu production scanner:

	I can’t tell you how impressed I was with that machine!  That may be too pricey and over-kill for your accountant, but based on my experience, I’d say that a smaller Fujitsu machine might be a good answer.
