Ahh the Disney response. Sue and keep filing new lawsuits until target runs out of money to pay the lawyers.  That works too.  Not very nice or ethical, but if one has a large corporate legal department already, extremely effective.  Would not work so well in states that have malicious lawsuit statutes.

</div>They can’t stop you from photography, but they can take you to civil court and have their badass corporate lawyers  sue  you for hundreds of thousands of dollars if there is a suggestion that  publication of their copyright design results in financial loss  to the car owners if anyone copies it. Wanna risk that?
