[SML] The Snow Queen - Russian Stack Doll

I've been asked to work on a production of The Snow Queen.  One of the  
props/set pieces needed is a Russian Stack Doll big enough to hold one of the  
actors.  There needs to be 3 or more layers of dolls.
 
Has anyone built anything like this?  Any suggestions on how to do  so?  
Anyone have one for loan or rent?
