Take max dimmer capacity (mdC)
derate to 80%
dimmer manufacturer will tell you efficiency (97% for ETC Sensors), so
3% is lost to heat (EtoH)
so  = watts lost to heat (wl2H)
convert wl2H to BTU

mdC * 80% * 3% * 3.412 = BTU/hr

And install a thermostat.  :)  We have dimmer rooms with and without,
for some reason...
