[SML] jigsaws

We've got multiple Bosch jigsaws that we let the students use, out of 3
only one is still in perfect working condition. I'm not sure of the models
but one we have to tie the base plate into place because the clutch that
holds it no longer works. On another the blade likes to hop in and out of
the guide making it more or less impossible to cut a nice curve.

The one that works still is awesome and even my electrician hands can get
really nice cuts but if they're going to be used by volunteers or students
(read: abused) I'd either look for something more durable or easier on the
wallet to replace.

Pneumatic saws sound nice, I gotta look at these.
