	Whilst electric sounds luxurious, I really like the Phoenix workstation tables I use at my “day job.”

(You can get it without the back rack & shelves shown, and ours have large locking casters.)

There is a crank handle to adjust the height to your ideal height. They are available in both 30” & 36” depths.
