Yes, it does. Thank you. It seems to be like a powered 'Tallescope',
although I hope that the basket access is better. At 6'1" and broad
shouldered, It was quite a struggle to get on board. These have quite
a narrow wheelbase, and ALWAYS need the outriggers.
