L21-30 is designated for 3-phase 5-wire ( 3 hots, neutral, ground )

( see
 http://www.stayonline.com/detail.aspx?id=6767
for details)

Rated for 120/208 V ( 120 each hot to neutral, 208 each hot-to-hot pair )

Should be fed from a 3-pole ganged 30A breaker,
which means that "Bento box" or similar can have
up to 30A for each *pair* of outlets.

*IF* your existing installation has the triple-30 breaker for this
L21-30 outlet,
AND is feeding other 120V loads from this panel (or you otherwise
verify 120V each hot to neutral),
looks to me(*) like you're good to go,
subject to the total current available to, and otherwise used by, this panel.

(*) = I am not a "qualified" electrician
