This is an excellent suggestion, but … unless “Once a year” is actually every couple of years or so, this might not work so well. At least around here, every single school in this region seems to hold their annual musical during the same week or two in the spring!
This also makes it difficult to impossible for cast and crew to see other schools’ productions.
