[SML] Multi-Stage??

Has anyone any familiarity with the Multi-Stage platforming system by
Biljax? I think that is what these guys in Houston have and I am having a
dickens of a time figuring out how (and if) the ¾ ply lids are attached to
the metal framing. There has been a great deal of paint over the years.
