[SML] Remotely actuated floor locks

I am seeking a source for floor locks that can be actuated by either
pneumatics or electrically.  I worked for a theater years ago, and we ended
up designing our own and building from scratch.  But, I would prefer to
avoid that.  Are there any systems commercially available?
