[SML] Basic lighting video

It's not video but there are some fine photo examples on Jeffrey Salzburg's
www.stagelightingprimer.com.  I send my students there sometimes for
information. It is chocked full of all other sorts of useful information as
well.  Hopefully, some of your more advanced  or curious students will read
further into it.
