[SML] VL3500 Spot w/ shutters strobe usage

Hello all,

I am trying to remember if I have been in a situation that I used the
VL3500 to create a strobe effect.  Has anyone done this?  I think I've
done it before and the shutters move fast enough to do it.  Can anyone
confirm from their own experience?
