[SML] What does PLASA stand for?

The acronym, that is, not their beliefs.  :)

I sent some links to my Powers That Be about standards and
recommendations (like maybe getting our rigging system inspected...
crazy me).... but couldn't find anywhere on PLASA's website what the
letters stood for.  (Much easier to explain when it was ESTA.)
