[SML] Luggage/tool bag cart, tall

Dear Scott,
I have two of the 'Creative Outdoor' brand folding utility carts. Their
capacity is 150 lbs. each and have long handles. They work for me. I use
them to carry sound systems over uneven terrain, mostly grass, often over
power cables.
