This isn't top secret info that can be protected by
security-through-obscurity (if anything can).

This is a topic of basic safety knowledge.  It should come up in every
high school chemistry class- both as part of the material, and basic
lab safety training.  Maybe Home Ec and Shop too, for any kid who is
so lucky.

Trying to hide the fact that flour (or many other fine powders) will
do exciting things... seems sort of like not telling children that
knives are sharp, out of fear that they'll start cutting things
inappropriately.
