Up to eyes in work trying to fix other people's screwups (TEAM means I
do their work).  Last week one guy needed a camera power pack right away
to I called B&H and got one to him (good price, great service and
shipping).  I just received a message from him, "I made a mistake, I
need another battery pack and charger right away."

ARRRRGH!

Go buy your own bloody battery!
