[SML] Vacuform Machine

I notice it has an ASME certified tank.  Do they certify for vacuum
use?  I'm guessing this is stock compressed air tank.

I once asked a facilities engineer how you sized pipes for vacuum, got a
mumble and you just copy the other ones.
