[SML] Portable lift in trap room?

If you are only going 14' maybe look at the possibility of outriggers like
on a genie so you do not need to bolt it down at all. Also since the room
is 20x20 you could put in pipe US -DS and SL-SR and clamp the lift into
place on the pipes. OR Put unistrut in the floor and clamp to it.
I like the flexibility of these approaches if they really do not want holes
in the floor.
