[SML] Copies of invoices policy question...

Seems you are only obligated to provide the invoice with the party with
whom you have a business relationship, i.e., Brenda Starr. If Ms. Starr
wishes to provide Ms. Lane with a copy, that is a decision for Ms. Starr to
make. I would not automatically send a copy to Ms. Lane as I have no
business relationship (in this specific instance) with her.
