[SML] upkeep/lamp costs

Anyone have a useful 'rule of thumb' for budgeting lamp costs for a
small dance venue?

OK, let me explain....

I'm helping guide a dance company into a new home.  As always,
finances are what they are.  They're getting some grant money (and
some equipment donations), but I'm trying to give them an operational
cost roadmap so they can set some realistic budgets.

I'm looking for something like:

"figure one new lamp every 25 hours of use of the space"

Right now it's looking like it'll be mostly/all Tungsten rig.  About 100 lights.

Any of you consultant-types have suggestions?
