[SML] upkeep/lamp costs

I have both sides of the coin.  I have overused lights, S4PARs, that are
burned an average of 10 hours a day.  The lamps are replaced 3 times a year
each.  And the bases burn out every 24 months.  On the other hand I have
lights that see more "normal" use and many have run 5+ years without
needing a new lamp.

So basically, YMMV.
