[SML] IP camera

I was just trying to set up a new IP camera but the Xeoma software can't
find it.  The camera came with zero documentation other than "plug it
in, software will find it".  Since it didn't come with software, I don't
know if there's anything special I should do.

It doesn't show up in my DHCP server so I have no idea what IP address
it may be sitting at.
