Haven't tried that but did make some progress.  I moved it to another
router and found it has a fixed IP address of 192.168.1.10 which wasn't
working on the router running 192.168.0.xxx.

Now that I can find the camera, still can't get a picture out of it or
find a way to change the settings.  I can open a web page on it but it
seems incomplete.  I have a message in to the vendor.
