[SML] Possible ETC Express issue

I just opened a show yesterday that I designed the lights for and tonight, 15 minutes into the show, I got a text that the light board shut off all of the lights and then they all came back on. I'm using both universes on the Express 250 so I clarified that all of the lights really did turn off. My guess is the blackout button got pressed or the grand master was turned down. Is anyone aware of any other issues that could cause behavior like this on an express? If I need to rent a backup board I want to get that setup sooner than later.
