[SML] Audio panic solved

If anyone really wants the Erector Set of PA amplifiers there was TOA. 
  I don't remember how explicit their manual was (30 years ago), but you 
certainly had lots of choices about ins and outs.   Option cards on both 
ends.  Was not for the plug-and-play user.
