Yes, I am from ALPS. And I have forwarded the email to Jim Deveer. I'm the repair gnome in the back of the warehouse, not the deal maker for used and new gear.

As an aside, I¹ve worked with ALPS on a small scale* but for many years,
and their people and equipment are great. I¹d trust their used equipment.
