[SML] OT: Non-Standard Wiring Revisited

I'm quite certain lighting and receptacles may be on the same circuit per
the NEC. There are some special purpose circuits where it might be
prohibited.  It might not be good design, but code is not good design. If
it meets code you have a grade no lower than  D-.
