[SML] Alternatives to Scaffolding

An interesting product. Certainly worth a call to them to see if they can
provide end-user references. Super Straddle always seemed like a way out
but probably a hassle installing the lift into the straddle (relegating the
lift to being a one-trick pony). Also there seemed to be risk that the
path from storage to house area could be a clearance problem. A major
reason we advocate that all lighting have access with catwalks, lowering
devices or other means (except for some house light LEDs which "should"
have very limited access requirements).
