It is not really that difficult a problem.  Ask Health and Safety if they
have any health and safety concerns and ask Facilities if they have any
facility/audience concerns.  If you can satisfy both offices then you've
got your go-ahead.

Also don't forget to ask M&O if they have any smoke or particle detectors
that will need to be turned off (may require you to post a fire watch)
