[SML] LDI ---GFI

I'm not well-versed with the NEC codes or local interpretations, but
my guess is that it's probably a cost-cutting measure since GFI
breakers cost a lot more than outlets, and a second GFI breaker might
be needed for the lighting circuit if it were extended into the
bathroom. Does that sound about right to the code gurus?
