Wouldn't doubt it.  Where was the tech just 10 years ago?  That's why I 
ragged on the backward look of needing wires.  If the watch has sensors 
on it's back, why not? The A/V tech world is leading the way for LD's.  
We already have wireless battery speakers, why not wireless LEDs?
