[SML] exterior / architectural / signage Strobe

i guess what I am looking for are little strobes like I recall seeing on the old STARDUST hotel / casino sign in Vegas . . 

small ,. . “sparkles”  . . sort of . 

i really don’t mind if it has a reflector . . just not with the lamp buried down in the reflector . . i want it visible from a broad range . .  not “focused”  like you’d get 
a more traditional instrument with a linear flash tube . .
