[SML] Seeking the perfect gig case

Seeking the perfect gig case to replace my overstuffed, heavy and tearing messenger bag-

Traits:
hard sided
vertical standing 
rolling with handle
drawers
in the roughly 2-3’ highX1’DeepX2’ Wide range
lockable
when door comes off or opens, it doesn’t kill the footprint, in other words it doesn’t lay open on the floor creating a trip hazard, or swing wide, but not fold back against sides—assume it needs to be able to open in squished, shared, tech areas.

Storage:
laptop storage
laptop accessaries
usual cables
school supplies pouches
snacks varied
flasks ;)
small tool pouches
adaptors pouch
weather gear-cold&rain (not a parka, but a poncho, hat, socks etc.)
suit bag (folded 1/2 style)

Optional:
pull out laptop surface

I have tried roadcasesusa.com, pelican, Sunrise & Seya cases, and I’m avoiding getting a custom road case for 3-5X the cost.  Aiming for the $100-200 range.

got any recommendations?
