[SML] Ultra Blackout Light

Shutter is included, just cut a flap off the box it came it and tape it
to the front. 

I just tried painting these with my high voltage powder coat rig. Of
course they should be black so I picked up the can marked "Goex FFFF
Black Powder". It turns out that doesn't work very well, it actually
sort of blew up my powder coating rig along with our entire inventory of
Ultra Blackout Lights!
